Registration From 1. I agree that for Copy Trading services. minimum $5,000 Deposit in the brokerage account is required. and monthly fee of $200 will be deducted from the account.(For Basic accounts only) 2. I agree to client information submitted on the brokerage's website(ID, password, email, account information, trade history. etc..) to be shared with the company. and no disputes will be raised. 3. I understand that the company absolutely does not make any guarantees on the returns, and by using the services offered, depending on the circumstances, the returns may vary and there is also the possibility of loss. 4. I understand and agree that the company does not take part in client deposites and trades, broker deposit and trading fees will be client's responsibility, and all accounts are affected by the exchange rate. 5. Client may terminate the service at any time. I understand that when client requests for termination, company will return client's funds by end of the following month, however it may tank up to two months. Customer Guidance SPS GLOBAL PTE. Technology solutions provided by "SPS" are authorized to use systems that assist personal investment in Forex margin trading, and "SPS" does not guarantee it's efficiency. 4. "SPS" does not guarantee returns from client's Forex margin trading. If any employees or other clients of "SPS Korea" have explained otherwise, it does not constitute the terms of the contract and "SPS" is not liable for any loss. If you are expection certain returns from our services, please refrain from signing up. 5. When introducint "SPS" services to prospective clients, it is inviter's responsibility to be fully aware of above contents 2 through 4, and be careful not to misrepresent the contents, If a client rases a disput due to wrong information delivered by the inviter. "SPS" is exempted from any liablities. 6. "SPS" will regularly hold educational seminars, system trading and upgrades thorough "SPS Korea". Client always have the right to take part in the seminar and traning sessions, and can also find relevant information on "SPS" or "SPS Korea" social media channels (Web, Band, Kakao, etc.). "SPS" does not bear any responsibility for any damages from not checking these relevant information regularly. 7. Promotional commissions paid to inviter by "SPS" is a temporary promotion and it may be changed or discontinued at any time depending on company policy. 8. Other issues can be written down.
